Leftover stock is surplus from a brand's own production run. When a Pakistani label orders a season's fabric, the factory typically produces more than the final order requires — to cover defects, sampling and cutting waste. What is left when the brand takes its allocation is genuine, identical stock from the identical run that simply has nowhere to go. That is what this category is.

It is worth being clear about what this does and does not mean, because the term gets used loosely. These are not replicas, not seconds and not copies. They are the same fabric, the same print or embroidery, from the same run as the piece sold at full price in the brand's own outlet. What you give up is choice and certainty of supply: we get what we get, in the quantities we get it, and once a design is gone we generally cannot source it again.
