We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must: • Be unused and in original condition • Have all original tags and packaging • Be returned within 7 days of delivery • Not be on the non-returnable items list • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" • Intimate apparel and undergarments • Items without original tags • Damaged or altered items • Items purchased on clearance sales
How to Return
1. Contact us at info@ummehasan.com or 0318-2517808 2. Provide your order number and reason for return 3. Package the item securely with original packaging 4. Send the package to our returns address 5. We will process your return within 3-5 business days
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges. Simply follow the return process and mention you'd like an exchange. We'll send your new item as soon as we receive your return.
Refund Process
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method • Shipping charges are non-refundable • You will receive an email confirmation once processed
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ummehasan.com with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
